Garages and such

While watching ET for a Friday dinner-and-movie event, Mac notices the following:

Mac: They put their car in the HOUSE?

Me: No, that’s a garage. 

Mac: We have a garage...

Me:  Right. Some people actually keep their cars in the garage, which is what they are for. We, sadly, do not.
